Terms and Conditions

  1.  All credit card transactions are performed in US Dollars.
  2.  The buyer agrees to be over 18 years of age, in good mental health, and capable of making their own decisions and representations. The statements and products shown on www.kratomtradingco.com have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration, and the products on www.kratomtradingco.com are not approved by FDA for human consumption or use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease or medical condition. Those seeking treatment for a specific disease should consult a qualified physician. 
  3. In case of any product misuse rather than research purposes the buyer is fully responsible for any consequences regarding health condition or any other possible damages. Kratom Trading Company is not liable for any buyer’s misuse of the product sold on this web site.
  4. Any issues and mistakes regarding the orders received by the customers have to be reported within 5 business days after the package was delivered. The customer will have to provide the picture or the packing slip and of all  the items that were received. The additional information might be requested by the KTC representative on case to case basis. 
  5. Representatives of Kratom Trading Company do not make any recommendations or give any advise on how to use the products sold on this web site. The information on our “What is Kratom” link was obtained from various sources and is for educational purposes only. None of the information on this web site expresses the views of kratomtradingco.com. This website and all of its contents are for educational purposes only.
  6. Kratom Trading Company can not guarantee the consistency  of the products. The quality of the products may vary from batch to batch. The returns and refunds are handled on case to case basis depending on the reasons of the return. 
  7. Purchases made on this web site with credit card payment method will be reflected on customer’s bank statement as the charge by Kratom Trading Co.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Terms

  1. If the package is free or Prioriy Mail shipping, the USPS web site says:  “Expected delivery day is estimated delivery day based on the origin and destination of your package. Delivery on a specific day is not guaranteed.” This means that we are not responsible for any delays after the Priority Mail package was shipped (Priority Mail Express packages do not fall under this rule).
  2. If the package is Priority Mail Express and it is not delivered on the expected day, the shipping cost will be refunded as soon as the customer informs us about the delay in delivery. Please, inform us about the incident not later than 25 days after the package was delivered in order to receive the shipping cost refund. The standard priority mail packages are not eligible for shipping cost refund in case of the delay in delivery of the package.
  3. The buyer is responsible to provide us with correct shipping address. If the buyer provides us  wrong shipping address and the package is nor delivered to him, we will reship the order, however the additional shipping fees might be applied.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Return requests are accepted within 10 business days after the package was received by the customer.
  2. If  the return is caused by the mistake made by Kratom Trading Co, the return shipping label will be provided to the customer and the correct items will be shipped immediately.
  3. If the return is initiated by the customer who received the correct items, but has personal reasons for the return, Kratom Trading Company will provide the return shipping label, but the shipping cost for both locations to and from the customer might be subtracted at the time of the refund from the total that customer paid for his order.
  4. Refunds are possible only back to the original credit/debit/gift card that customer used for payment.
  5. Refunds are issued  after the return is received and inspected by KTC representatives. 
  6. eCheck refunds are handled my means of the personal checks sent by mail with no fees associated with the refund. The electronic refund back to customer’s bank account requires $35 bank fee, so in case when the customer insists on the electronic refund, the fee will be deducted from the customer’s total at the time of the refund.
  7. The products that are returned due to the quality issues are handled on case to case basis, but the refunds are issued in full or customer can be also offered a store credit.
