Shipping Policy

  • Orders paid by credit/debit card before 12:00 PM US Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped same day. All orders (including Express) paid on Friday after cut off time and through the weekend will be shipped on Monday. 
  • Orders paid by eCheck will be shipped according to the shipping policy described above after the payment settles on KTC’s account.
  • If you place your order with Express shipping option, the shipping time has to be counted starting from the day the package was shipped and first scanned by the USPS, not from the day the order was placed.
  • We do not work, ship packages or answer emails on weekends or federal holidays. All the emails received through weekend will be reviewed and replied next business day.
  • We currently offer domestic shipping through the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer any international shipments.
  • WE DON’T SHIP OUR PRODUCTS TO INDIANA, WISCONSIN, VERMONT, ARKANSAS AND ALABAMA due to these states’ regulations and laws. If you place your order with the shipping address in one of those states, your order will be cancelled. 

Shipping and Delivery Issues

  • If the package is free or Priority Mail shipping, the USPS web site says:  “Expected delivery day is estimated delivery day based on the origin and destination of your package. Delivery on a specific day is not guaranteed.” This means that the orders shipped with this shipping method might be delayed due to the issues occurred  at one of the USPS facilities on the way to the destination. 
  • If the package is Priority Mail Express and it is not delivered on the expected day, the shipping cost will be refunded back to the customer’s credit card as soon as the customer informs us about the delay in delivery (but not more than within 29 calendar days after the package was shipped). 
  • In case the USPS claims that the package that was shipped to the customer was delivered, but the customer says he didn’t receive it, we will not be able to ship a replacement because there’s no actual evidence for us that the package wasn’t delivered. However, in 90% of such cases if the customer turns to the local post office within first 2 days, the packages are being found and delivered successfully. 
  • We reship packages when the they are lost on the way to the destination and USPS admits it, or when due to the mistake in the shipping address the package comes back to us. Please get back to us with the correct address if this is the case of the delivery failure.
