Rewards Program
To become a rewards program member customer has to create an account on the www.kratomtradingco.com web site.
The login to the rewards program is the same as the login on the web site.
The terms of the rewards program are following:
- Order – 2 points for every $1 spent
(Only for products bought, shipping cost is excluded) - Refer a friend – 1000 points
(Please use the actual “Rewards Program” tub for referrals (red tub on the right bottom corner of every page), in this case the person who is referredwill also get 10% off discount code. The points for referral will be added to your account after your friend places and pays for his order) - Create an account on the web site – 500 points
- Posted product review on KTC web site – 100 points
(The points will be added manually) - Posted review on any of the social media or any Kratom forum – 500 points
(In this case please reach us over the email with the link, the points will be added manually to your rewards program account)
Rewards program will allow you to redeem minimum 500 points ($5 coupon code) and maximum 5000 points ($50 code).
The code that you receive has to be applied at the “Discount code” box at the time of checkout. The code will not be applied automatically.
If you redeem your code and forget to apply it, we can do it for you as long as the order haven’t been paid yet.
Codes and points never expire. Every rewards program discount code can be used only once.
The points can be checked and redeemed at the “Rewards Program” account (red tub on the right side on the bottom of the page).
